Support shaped
around your life.
PCOS, now also known as PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome), can affect many aspects of health and wellbeing, and no two experiences are the same. Nutrition care is personalized to your symptoms, health goals, lifestyle and preferences, with an emphasis on blood sugar, metabolic health and eating patterns you can maintain.
This may be a starting point if…
- You have a PCOS or PMOS diagnosis and want nutrition guidance specific to you.
- Cravings, energy dips or irregular eating patterns are getting in the way.
- You want sustainable changes rather than another restrictive diet.
A note on the name. In May 2026, an international consensus led by Monash University renamed polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS). The new name reflects what the condition actually is: a whole-body hormonal and metabolic condition, rather than something confined to the ovaries. Many people are diagnosed without ever having ovarian cysts. You may see either name used by your doctor or on your test results, and both refer to the same condition. The care offered here is unchanged.
What we can
focus on together.
- PCOS/PMOS-focused nutrition
- Blood sugar and metabolic health
- Insulin resistance
- Weight management, when appropriate
- Heart-healthy eating
- Balanced meal planning
- Sustainable lifestyle changes
