Two countries.
One kitchen table.
Your health.

Food has always been about more than nutrition for me. It is culture, family, comfort, memories, and a part of how we care for ourselves and the people we love.

MY STORY

From a PhD in India
to a practice
in Regina.

I’m a Registered Dietitian working with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and offering personalized nutrition counselling through my private practice in Regina, with online appointments available across Saskatchewan.

My journey in nutrition began in India, where I earned my PhD in Foods and Nutrition. When I moved to Canada in 2019, my journey continued with the dietetic bridging program at the University of Alberta and eventually into my work as a Registered Dietitian.

Living and working across two countries has shaped the way I see food and nutrition. I understand that healthy eating doesn’t look the same for everyone and that the foods we grew up with can be an important part of our identity, family, and everyday lives. That’s why I don’t believe you need to give up the foods and traditions you love to support your health.

Whether your kitchen is filled with the aromas of traditional Indian cooking, familiar Canadian favourites, or a blend of different cultures, we can work together to find an approach that fits your health needs, preferences, lifestyle, and the foods you genuinely enjoy.

WHO I WORK WITH

Whatever brings
you here,
welcome.

Today, I bring this perspective into my nutrition practice, supporting people through different health and life stages with evidence-based guidance that respects their individual needs, culture, and relationship with food.

My areas of practice include weight management, diabetes and prediabetes, heart health and cholesterol management, PCOS/PMOS, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, post menopause, and gout or elevated uric acid.

MY APPROACH

Not a perfect diet.
A way of eating that feels like you.

01

Evidence-based.

Guidance grounded in current nutrition science, explained in plain language so you understand the reasoning behind it.

02

Practical.

Rather than strict rules or one-size-fits-all plans, I want to help you feel confident making choices that work in your real life.

03

Individualized.

For me, nutrition counselling is not about creating a “perfect” diet. It’s about finding a way of eating that supports your health while still feeling like you.

MY GOAL

Because your health belongs
at your table, too.

Wherever you are on your health journey, my goal is to meet you there with understanding, without judgment, and with nutrition guidance you can actually use.
